GymRivo provides fitness programming algorithms and nutritional estimates for educational and informational purposes only. GymRivo does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise routine or nutrition regimen, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.
3. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use GymRivo for personal, non-commercial fitness planning. You may print or export your generated workout plans for personal use. All original content, code, design elements, and algorithm logic remain the intellectual property of GymRivo.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymRivo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, or from reliance on any workout routine or nutritional estimate generated by the site.
