localStoragecache for your convenience. - We do not store your fitness assessment answers or health biometrics on remote tracking databases.
- No user account registration, email address, or password is required to generate or save plans.

GymRivo does not use persistent tracking cookies or invasive third-party advertising profiles. Essential technical cookies may be used solely for session stability and performance monitoring.
4. Your Data Control & Deletion
